Chest / Bust — Measure under the arm and around the fullest part of the chest or bust, keeping the tape horizontal and snug but not tight.

Waist — Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.

Unisex sizing — Women typically size down 1–2 sizes for a more fitted look on unisex styles.

Between sizes? — Size up for a more relaxed fit, size down for a more fitted feel.
